Review Minutes and Bills
Bills were reviewed and approved.  Minutes were reviewed and approved.

Whalley Park
Patrick Roche stated Musco lights were ordered in March.  There was a delay in electrical engineering.  March 1was the final submission on electrical.  The field lighting will be installed April 12, 2017.  The parking lot lighting will be installed next.  Issued change order for water line distance.  John asked why JL cut the road instead of going under.  JL responded due to means and methods.  It cost an additional $1872.00 to cut the pavement.  John Whalley motioned for contingency funds to put light on other side; Dave DeiDolori seconded and the motion was approved.  JL would like a contract extension to May 31, 2017 but is saying construction will be done by end of April.  John Whalley motioned object the construction extension to JL Construction; Jeanne Reed-Waldron seconded and the motion was approved.  JL didn’t get anchor bolts until March 29th.  Rob Levesque does not suggest extension be allowed.  John Whalley asked why the work wasn’t done previously.  Engineering started January 13, 17.  We are currently six days beyond completion of the park.  Dave would like to work something out with JL.  General discussion about park maintenance with Joel Dickinson.  Cara will contact Joel with start date.

Rail Trail
Kiosk toward Westfeild line was severely vandalized on two different occasions over the past two weeks.  Vandals took a sledge hammer to the kiosk breaking the plexi glass off, damaging the wood, damaging the shingles, and setting fire to the brochures.  Should we eliminate the kiosk?  Will discuss at a later date.  Wayne Magni cleared a tree from the trail near Depot Street.
