Review Minutes and Bills
Bills were reviewed and approved.  Minutes were reviewed and approved.

Whalley Park
Berkshire soccer will be renting the soccer field for three games.  They will need the field mowed and the goals put out.  Pat said he will have John find the areas to line with his metal detector and mark them.  Bob Johnson, maintenance director, said he received approval for a person to clean the bathrooms and empty the trash at the park.    Mike reported the pitching rubber is coming up a little.  He will fix it.  Two of the renting teams said there is ruts in the foul area that need to be filled and seeded.  Pat said he will tell John or have Joel fix them.  We need someone to line the ball fields.  Mike may have someone interested.  P&R will pay $15 each time they line the fields.  King Ward is donating a bus to One Call Away for their fundraising event.  Dave Sutton said they are going to attempt to make Guinness Book of World Records for fastest time cutting the bus.  JL has not done the light test at the park.  What is the status?  Cara will contact R. Levesque for an update.

Rail Trail
Clayton Cigal will hold the 32nd annual Crop Walk on June 4, 2017 at 1pm.  The walk will start at the  Church on the corner of College Highway and continue onto the rail trail.  They will turn around and head North on the rail trail to Depot St and end back at the church.  The rail trail maintenance employee, Dean, will be emptying the trash along the rail trail as he mows.  Pat would like to purchase a yard cart for him to pull on the mower.  Jeanne Reed-Waldron motioned to approve the purchase of a yard cart; Dave DeiDolori seconded and the motion was approved.  The rail trail mower is broke and Brooks with the Friends of the Southwick Rail Trail contacted a landscape company to clean the leaves off the rail trail from Miller Street and Depot Street.  Brooks said the quote came in substantially higher than expected at $1,500.  They were expecting the quote to come in at a couple hundred.  They don’t have the extra funds to have this done.
