Public Comment
Donnie Elton presented his idea for a food cart at Whalley Park.  He presented menu items.  Donnie owns the cart and he will transport it to and from the park.  He would give 10% to P&R once a month based on the honor system.  There was discussion regarding electrical at the pavilion.  Can it be installed for Don to use?  John Whalley motioned to approve Donald’s Devil Dogs to park food truck on concrete pad and P&R will receive 10% profit; Mike Massarelli seconded and the motion was approved.

Review Minutes and Bills
Bills were reviewed and approved.  Minutes were reviewed and approved.

Whalley Park
The field lining schedule was discussed and will be given to the person who will be hired to line the fields for ball games.  JL Construction ran the lights on the fields for eight hours.  Four hours were on May 15 and four hours on the 16th.  They should have ran ten hours.  John requested lights be turned on one at a time to avoid extra demand fees for running two sets of lights at the same time.  John said the Whalley Park.com domain name is expiring.  Does P&R want to renew for possible future use?  The board will need to make a decision by September 21, 17.  Decision was made to table this for later review.  John said there is an organized cross fit class taking place at the pavilion on Thursday evening.  Who organized it?  They did not get approval from P&R to use pavilion.  People are using the lower soccer fields for practice and using the goals.  This was not approved through P&R.  High school Varsity baseball wants to have their last game at Whalley Park for senior night.  They would like to have a pizza party at the pavilion.  Mike stated they will need to clean up after the party.  If it is under the lights they will need to cover the cost of light usage.

Rail Trail
Grass on the rail trail is long.  The Town approved funds to have the mower fixed.  Dean will start mowing once the mower is fixed.

Town Beach
The beach will open for the season on June 30, 2017.  Lifeguards are still needed.

New Business
