Water/Sewer Taxes
- Final Notice of delinquent taxes will be certified mail.
- Prior to and until the final notice of delinquent taxes, taxpayers will have the opportunity to enter into a payment plan provided they have not failed any previous payment plan agreements with the town. All payment plans will be in writing signed both by the Collector and the taxpayer.
- Door Knocker will then be placed on the property causing a penalty fee. The water/sewer bill will need to be paid in full at this time in order to avoid shut off.
