Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes

OPENING: The special scheduled meeting of the Conservation Commission opened at 6:00 p.m. Attendance is as follows:
6:00 Seth Kellogg, Vice Chairman, opened the meeting. MINUTES Commissioner MacWilliams made a motion to table the minutes of 10/17/16. Commissioner Pranka seconded the motion. None opposed, motion passed unanimously. HEARINGS 6:02 5 Kline Road NOI DEP # 292-336 Mr. & Mrs. Pari & Tatyana Hoxha Mr. & Mrs. Hoxha returned for a continuation of the hearing as the DEP number was not available at the regular scheduled meeting of October 17th. There have been no changes in the plan as previously presented. Coordinator Clark stated that DEP had no comments on the project. Coordinator Clark also conducted a site visit to confirm the silt fencing was in place. Commissioner MacWilliams made a motion to close the hearing. Commissioner Pranka seconded the motion. None opposed, the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner MacWilliams made a motion to approve the project as presented. Vice Chairman Kellogg seconded the motion. None opposed, motion passed unanimously. The hearing closed at 6:05 p.m. Commissioner MacWilliams made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:08 p.m. Commissioner Pranka seconded the motion.
