Historical Commission – RFP
  • The Historical Commission came to the meeting to discuss their input on the Draft RFP that was sent to them. No use of CPA Funds were contemplated in the RFP.  (See Attachment “A” – 11 Page(s).  Exhibits will get put in order by Mr. Stinehart and a Historical Commission Member.  Mr. Clark will provide videos and Mr. Bissaillon will provide pictures.  Town Counsel will make edits and reference exhibits too.
Cable Advisory – Cable Contract
  • The Cable Advisory Committee and Comcast Representative came to the meeting to discuss the contract renewal.  (See Attachment “B” – 1 Page(s) as submitted by Town Counsel.    The Select Board Prefer a 3 year agreement, increasing the franchise fee (presently at .758%) to somewhere under 1.99% and upgrades when available.
Time limits on Canvassing
  • Examples of other Cities/Towns policies will be gather and reviewed.
Creation of a new SOPC
  • Another will be formed at the beginning of next year.
Community Compact Committee
  • Mr. Moglin and Mr. Stinehart are working on this issue.
2 Open Container By-laws
  • Two articles will be prepared for the Annual Town Meeting by Town Counsel and Police Department.  One for alcohol and 1 for marijuana.
Edits to Sewer Regulations
  • Mr. Stinehart, Mr. Brown and Attorney Coyle met to review the edits, they are looking at a 2 tier formula system.
Updated Regional Dispatch information
  • Mr. Stinehart gave a verbal update with different scenarios for cost allocation.  A big meeting with Town Officials from all 6 potentials in attendance will take place in April.
Mass Works meeting      
  • Still in process.
Small Bridges Project decision
  • The Town’s application has been funded per notification by MASS DOT today.
North Pond Land Grant
  • The entire project is moving forward.
