1. Mike D. made a motion to accept the minutes from the April 13, 2017 meeting as written.  Ken  seconded.  All were in favor and the motion passed.

2. LPP Variance Policy - As discussed at the last meeting, Dick drafted an LPP Variance Request Policy.  After some discussion, Eric made a motion to adopt the LPP Variance Policy.  Mike D. seconded and all were in favor.

3. Lake Level – Current reading is 224.83’ compared to a nominal lake level of 224.4' + 0.1' MSL  following another 1.5" rainfall.

4. Docks – (1) 129 North Lake Ave:  They still need to send in all their paperwork before returning to meet with LMC.  (2) 9 Lakeview:  3 docks installed.  (3) 86 Pt. Grove Rd.:  It is still unclear as to what is happening with the docks at this location.  Con Com had sent the owners a letter requiring filing of LPP Application before any work is done.  Unfortunately, the owners appear to have started work on the waterfront without contacting Con Com.  Con Com has this on their 5/1 Agenda.  (4) 84 Point Grove Road - Members noted that it appears significant work was done at the waterfront to accommodate (new?) docks at this location apparently without LPP Application/Permit.

5. Buoys - Rick and his crew set all the buoys, less one that needed a new mooring.  He plans to set the remaining buoy this Friday and adjust the ones at the sand bar.  Thanks Rick and company.

6. Boarding Dock - Dick plans to try to complete work on the 4th dock this weekend if he can get some help to adjust chains, etc.

7. Water Monitoring Equipment - Eric plans to put together specs on a water monitoring equipment that also automatically measures/records depths at which data is taken.

8. Organic Fertilizer - Dick gave some information on locally available Espoma organic fertilizer that is "lake and pet friendly"...  It is currently available locally at Interstate Building Supply.

9. Deb made a motion to adjourn and Mike D. seconded.  All were in favor.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm.

10. Our next scheduled meeting will be held on May 11, 2017.

Respectfully submitted,
