The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM
Mike C. made a motion to accept the minutes from the meeting held on April 27, 2017 .  Steve seconded the motion and all were in favor.  The motion passed.

Reviewed actions from the last meetings:
  • Funding – Dick reported that there was nothing new to report for the state releasing any of the bond money. We will have to wait until the 2018 budget.
  • CPC Funding – Dick handed out a copy of the application to CPC that failed to obtain CPC approval.  Dick is still working on getting approval in the future.  The action will hopefully be addressed later in the year at a Special Town Meeting.
A discussion took place about canceling the canal sub-committee meeting and including the information in the LMC meeting until funding is made available to move forward.

A motion was made by Ken to suspend Canal Subcommittee meetings and include the canal information in the LMC meeting until further notice.  The motion was seconded by Mike.  All were in favor and the motion passed.

Actions
  • Follow up on CPC application and state bond money – Dick
  • Move the canal issues to a line item in the LMC meeting until funding  is found and more work can be  done.
The next Canal meeting will be included in the LMC meeting

Malcolm made a motion to adjourn. Eric seconded and all were in favor.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:00PM.

Respectfully submitted,
