1. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM

 

2. Steve Schmid made a motion to accept the minutes from the meeting held on December 8, 2016with correction to change “CEI presentation” to “CPA application”.  Deb seconded the motion and all were in favor of the motion passing.  

 

3. Reviewed actions from the last meetings:
  • Funding – We are still waiting to hear and unfortunately, there is still nothing new to report.
  • CPC Funding –Eric reported he did not have time to work on it because he was out of town on business. The action will stay open until the next meeting.
4. Actions
  • Eric is going to put together another CPA application.
  • Mike DeBay will send Eric additional information on dredging estimates.
  • Beaver Dam – Everyone is still looking for option to remove Beaver dams
5. Our next Canal meeting is February  9,2017

 

6. Malcolm made a motion to adjourn. Ken seconded and all were in favor.  The meeting was adjourned at 6:40PM.
