Office Hours Change for Treasurer, Collector, Clerk

On January 23, 2023, the Select Board approved a reduction in office hours to accommodate for the shortage in staffing levels in the Treasurer/Collector/Clerk’s Office. 

Starting the week of February 6, 2023, the Treasurer/Collector/Clerk’s Office will reduce their office hours to the following;

Mondays through Thursday = 8:30am-4:30pm 
Fridays closed

However, the office will be available on Fridays through email or phone. If you need to make a payment, you can pay online at www.southwickma.org under ‘online payments’. In addition, the office also has a drop box outside the town hall as you drive into the parking lot to accommodate for payments and communication.

The Select Board will review the change to the hours in mid-summer 2023.
