FREE RAPID COVID TEST KITS 

Made available to residents through Mass DPH and the Southwick Board of Health 

Currently unavailable in the Southwick Town Hall Lobby (next to the Clerks office) and at the Southwick Public Library.  

Due to limited supply please take only 1 box (5 Tests) per residence. 

Printed Expiration January 2024 extended to April 2024 

You can also order free tests through the federal government at www.covid.gov/tests 

Some people may be able to get free tests or reimbursement through your health insurance provider
