Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

 

                                        

OTHERS PRESENT:         

                

The Finance Committee was called to order at 12:30 p.m.

The next scheduled Finance Committee meeting will be held on March 15, 2016 before the Special Town Meeting at 6:00 p.m. to be held at the STGRSD Auditorium.

A MOTION was made by R. Horacek seconded by D. Condron (Vote – Unanimous) to recommend STM Warrant Articles 1, 2, 3 and 5.

A MOTION was made by T. Mish seconded by D. Condron (Vote – Unanimous) to accept the Finance Committee Annual Report.

There were no public comments.

The Finance Committee Members were assigned the Pros and Cons for the Special Town Meeting Articles for March 15, 2016.

A MOTION was made by R. Horacek, seconded by D. Condron (Vote: Unanimous) to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 1:30 p.m.
