Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

The Finance Committee was called to order at 6:00 p.m. The next scheduled Finance Committee meeting will be held on March 21, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. A MOTION was made by R. Horacek, seconded by A. Pinell (Vote – Yes: 4 Abstain: L.B.; S.C.) to approve the minutes of February 27, 2016 as amended. A MOTION was made by R. Horacek, seconded by L. Bathel (Vote: Unanimous) to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $950.00 for conference and travel for the Finance Committee. A MOTION was made by R. Horacek, seconded by L. Bathel (Vote: Unanimous) to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer request in the amount of $50.00 for supplies for the Finance Committee. A MOTION was made by R. Horacek, seconded by A. Pinell (Vote: Unanimous) to approve the Pros and Cons as written. Public Comments: There were no public comments. New Business: The Finance Committee will discuss the CPA tax and the Fiscal Year 2017 budget at their next Finance Committee Meeting. A MOTION was made by A. Pinell, seconded by R.
