Present: Joan Plancon, Roy Benson, Herb Pace, Associate members: Carol Laughlin, Paula LeBlanc, Donna Charron, and Director Cindy Sullivan.
Absent: Harriet Fischer, Mary Alice Martin and Mary Jane Connolly
Minutes: Reviewed and accepted
Bills: Reviewed and accepted
New Business:
Director Update:
- Director Evaluation - Herb moved to accept, Roy second, approved by all.
- Sizzler - at center if rain, BBQ here cancelled.
- Shelves in closets - shelves being built in closets for storage, cabinets will be put in garage.
- Trips - full bus for Rockettes. Saratoga,13 people will join with West Springfield.
Updates:
- Classes - will start the week of September 12th
- Transportation - fine
- Dining Center - fantastic
- Brown Bag - good
- Finances - great shape
Old Business:
- Rite aid to speak on skin cancer in September.
- Flu shots and info for shingles on October 5, 2016.
