Western Hampden County Public Health District

Serving the towns of: Blandford, Granville, Montgomery, Russell, Southwick, and Tolland

The goal of the Shared Service District is to increase cross-jurisdictional sharing of public health services to strengthen the service delivery capacities of local public health departments. Services may include surveillance for infectious disease, Tuberculosis control, case investigation, health education and other prevention programs. The Town of Southwick serves as the lead town and administers the grant funded by the Department of Public Health.
