How do I sign up for a library card?

Persons over 18 may readily obtain a Library card with the proper identification. Minors, younger than 18, need a parent or legal guardian’s signature before a card can be issued. This is the only difference between an adult and minor’s library card as minors are free to take out materials from any part of the Library. Individuals must be 5 years of age to sign up for a library card.  Should an item have an accident or become lost, patrons will be charged the price of the item, plus a $5.00 processing fee. Items may be returned in the drop boxes located at the Library’s entrance when the Library is not open. Materials returned after closing on the date due are overdue.

Planning for the Future- The Southwick Library works hard to provide the best services today while planning for our community's future.
