OTHERS IN ATTENDANCE: Tom Scanlon Jr. Town Clerk, Mrs. Hill, came to the meeting to swear in the members. The Members Convened in Open Session per MGL Ch. 30A, Section 20 and Section 21 A MOTION was made by Mr. Pinell, seconded by Mr. Fox (Vote-Unanimous) to appoint Mr. Stinehart as Chairman of the Preliminary Screening Committee. A MOTION was made by Mr. Stinehart, seconded by Mr. Fox – ROLL CALL VOTE: Mr. Stinehart – Yes, Mr. Fox – Yes, Mr. Pinell – Yes) to go into Executive Session regarding M.G.L. Chap. 30A, S21 (8) and Ch. 214, Sec. 1B to consider (and if applicable) and interview applicants for employment or appointment and that the chair declare that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants, and to not reconvene into Open Session (Chair Must Declare).
