A MOTION was made by Mr. Fox, seconded by Mr. Pinell (Vote-Unanimous) to open in Open Session per MGL Ch. 30A, Section 20 and Section 21
A MOTION was made by Mr. Fox, seconded by Mr. Stinehart (Vote-Unanimous) to appoint Mr. Pinell as Vice-Chairman of the Preliminary Screening Committee.
A MOTION was made by Mr. Fox, seconded by Mr. Stinehart (Vote-Unanimous) to approve the 10/23/16 minutes.
A MOTION was made by Mr. Fox, seconded by Mr. Stinehart (Vote-Unanimous) to approve the 10/23/16 Executive Session minutes.
A MOTION was made by Mr. Stinehart, seconded by Mr. Fox – ROLL CALL VOTE: (Mr. Stinehart – Yes, Mr. Fox – Yes, Mr. Pinell – Yes) to go into Executive Session regarding M.G.L. Chap. 30A, S21 (8) and Ch. 214, Sec. 1B to consider (and if applicable) and interview applicants for employment or appointment and that the chair declare that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants, and to not reconvene into Open Session (Chair Must Declare). Chairman Stinehart declared the need to do so.
