Review Minutes and Bills
Bills were reviewed and approved.  Minutes were reviewed and approved.

Whalley Park
The Maintenance employee, Joel started on May 2nd for the season.  The shed is in place for the wells.  An electrician will be at the park tomorrow to run power.  John put up the new flag at the park.  The lining machine is in; Pat brought it to the park and will put it together.  Joel will be lining the fields for the games.  The Girl Scouts will be using the pavilion on May 22nd for a bridging ceremony.  Pat has contacted Protective Security for a quote on security cameras to monitor the wells.  Pat suggests a fence around the shed with a gate.  The Board of Selectmen has accepted the previously denied donation of Ford Ranger truck from John Whalley.  John gave Karl the registration last week so it can be registered under the town.

Rail Trail
Ted Lactara contacted Dave about donating a small, low growing, non invasive tree on the rail trail.  Dave will talk to the Friends Group about placement.  The Friends Group completed the fence at Miller Road.  They will look for placement of the benches.  The fountain is broken again due to vandalism.  Pat suggests completely removing the water fountain, it is broken more than it is working.

Town Beach
Review lifeguard applications.  Interview lifeguards.
A pipe broke in the ladies room and leaked down into the kitchen.   All the paperwork and items in the kitchen were damaged.

Prifti Park
No activity.  Town meeting will determine if the request from John Westcott renovations are approved.
