Review Minutes and Bills
Bills were reviewed and approved.  Minutes were reviewed and approved.

Whalley Park
Pat received a quote of $1,600 to put a fence around the well shed.  John Whalley motioned to approve $1,600 installation of a fence around the well shed; Mike Massarelli seconded and the motion was approved.  Pat received a quote for $6,990.00 from Protective Security to install additional security cameras to monitor the wells at the park.  John Whalley motioned to approve installation of security cameras from Protective Security; Jeanne Reed-Waldron seconded and the motion was approved.  The bill from Eversource for lighting is very high.  Musco Light co. quoted field light use of $10-$11 per hour.  Once Eversource charges their $900 demand charge to turn on the lights it costs about $100 per hour.  Cara will set up a meeting with Eversource to discuss options to minimize the $900 demand fee.  Grading needs to be redone at the park.  Pat stated we can hire a landscape company and have the grading done or P&R can purchase a York rake for the same price, if not less.  It will be property of P&R and will be used to maintain the lawns.  John Whalley motioned to purchase a York rake; Dave DeiDolori seconded and the motion was approved.  Items needed for maintenance at the park are: gas powered pressure washer, 1st aid kit, creeper, shop vac, work bench and bench grinder.  Dave will donate his shop vac to P&R.  Pat will buy lumber and build a work bench.  Pat suggests purchasing a walk behind weed whacker for under $300.   John Whalley will meet with Sally Lake of Robert E Hall, electrical engineer on Tuesday May 31, 2016.  Sally will put together the bid package for the lights.

Rail Trail
Interview applicants for Maintenance employee to mow the rail trail.  There was a complaint that there was a horse on the rail trail on May 18, 2016 at 2:00pm.  The Kiosk at Miller Road states no horses on the trail.  If it continues to be a problem we will address.  The Friends of the Rail Trail would like to fix the murle on the tunnel.  The board is open to it being fixed.

Prifti Park
No activity.  Town meeting will determine if the request from John Westcott renovations are approved.

New Business
Cara will sign P&R up to join co-op for government agencies to purchase items from vendors who already went through the bid process.
