1. No meeting was held because a Quorum of 5 was not present

 

2. Meeting notes from March 24 meeting will be reviewed at the June 23 meeting

 

3. Dick updated the people present about the 319 Grant. And environmental bond status.
a. He is moving forward with the 319, submittal will be June 1st.
b. The environmental bond is still in limbo waiting the governor signature.

 

4. Eric asked for more clarification for writing the CPC grant application, the conclusion was to write data point that can be used and we will decide what will work best as we know more about state funding through the environmental bond.

 

5. Actions:
  • Eric Mueller getting Ken Wagner’s input to write a CPC Grant Application to present to the Board of Selectmen for restoring the Canal.
  • Dick update on state funding
  • Dick update on Suffield /Granby dredging
6. Our next Canal meeting is June 23, 2016.
