Minutes of meeting held July 28, 2016, 6:30 P.M. at Town Hall College Highway, Southwick, MA, with attendance as follows:

1. The meeting was called to order at 06:30 PM
2. Meeting notes from June 23, 2016 were reviewed. Mike Coombs made a motion to accept the minutes from June 23, 2016 Malcolm DeBay 2nd and all were in favor of motion passing.
3. Eric asked for the estimates for dredging to be sent to him electronically. Mike DeBay took action to send Eric a copy.
4. Discussed the problems with the canal blocking up, the water level and the fact the canal will reach a point where Hydro dredging may become impossible. All agreed money, ( not getting the 1.2 m grant released is the stumbling block.
5. Actions:
- Mike DeBay send Eric a copy of estimated for dredging.
6. Motion to Adjourn- Mike coombs made a motion to adjourn Malcolm DeBay seconded and all were in favor. Meeting was adjourned at 6:45.
7. Our next Canal meeting is Aug 25, 2016.
