Minutes of meeting held December 8, 2016, 6:30 P.M. at Town Hall College Highway, Southwick, MA, with attendance as follows:

1. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM
2. Mike Coombs made a motion to accept the minutes from the meeting held on October 27, 2016. Deb seconded the motion and all were in favor of the motion passing.
3. Reviewed actions from the last meetings:
- Funding – We are still waiting to hear and unfortunately, there is still nothing new to report.
- CPC Funding – We are going to need about 20K. Ken did say it wouldn’t cost a whole lot to get started with the alum treatment, but we do need an engineer.
4. Actions
- Eric is going to put together another CPA Application. Mike DeBay and Sue Hepburn are going to work on finding him the packets used in making the presentation 2 or 3 years ago.
- Beaver Dam – We may have to hire someone to take out the huge beaver dam down by the canal. Whoever we hire would have to take all the debris out with them.
5. Our next Canal meeting is January 12,2017
6. Malcolm made a motion to adjourn. Ken seconded and all were in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 6:58PM.
