House numbers project is being coordinated with the Fire Chief.  COA has some money in budget for Seniors.  Waiting to see if Police Department would also participate.

Birthday party for Flo Warriner’s 105th is cancelled as she has move to VT.

Cindy would like to put a White board in the Hallway to replace the easel.  Rebecca mentioned the lighting in the hall is poor and may need to be changed some day.  Joan made a motion to accept, seconded by Mary Alice, Herb abstained from voting.   Later Rebecca and Herb mentioned the screen at the library that announces events and different activities.  Cindy will check it out at the library and that might take the place of a white board.

Cindy had her budget meeting and the request for the electronic doors was accepted, it now needs to be approved by finance.

Not sure the request for a new van would be approved, but there is a church who has expressed an interest to buy the current van.

The tax work off program would use 10 people who could work off a maximum of $1500.  Cindy and the select board will determine the criteria.  This will be on the warrant to be approved at the town meeting.
