Library Reopening Information

***May 3 Update*** The state guidance on quarantining materials has changed. Libraries are no longer required to quarantine items now that the spread of COVID-19 through objects has been categorized as low. Beginning Monday, May 3, the Southwick Library will no longer place items in quarantine.

***April 12 Update*** We are able to welcome Connecticut patrons back into the library.

***March 1 Update*** Beginning Monday, March 1, the Southwick Public Library is pleased to announce that we will no longer be asking visitors to make appointments to visit the library. The library will be available to you, whenever you need to use it during open hours. Safety is important and we will be continuing to thoroughly clean on a daily basis. We ask all visitors to please wear a mask for the duration of their visit. Curbside pickup will still be available for anyone who doesn't wish to come inside. We are also still running our Books on the Go program for home delivery for patrons who are not able to visit our physical location. If you have questions about Books on the Go or any of our services, we welcome you to call us at 413-569-1221. Thank you for your continued support.

We are open our normal hours of Monday & Tuesday 10-8, Wednesday 1-8, Thursday & Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-1.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to Lynn Blair, Director, Southwick Public Library at 413-569-1221 ext. 105.
