Upcycled Paper Flowers with Amber Ladley

Learn how to repurpose discarded book pages into paper flowers using the Kusudama technique. All materials provided, but feel free to use your own decorative accents for the center of your flowers (buttons, small sea shells, bottle caps, etc. work well for this). This program will be held virtually. Participants must sign up at southwicklibrary@comcast.net to receive a kit. We will let you know when kits are ready for pickup. On the night of, join the zoom program and follow along while making your project. Please note: students in this class will need a hot glue gun.

Amber Ladley is a lifelong crafter and creative entrepreneur. She finds tremendous joy in crafting with others while sharing innovative ways to reduce waste for our planet. Join her, along with members of your community, for an inspirational workshop and leave with a lovely bouquet of paper flowers handmade by you!

This program is supported in part by a grant from the Southwick Cultural Council, a local agency which is funded by the Mass. Cultural Council, a state agency.
