Tune into this virtual cooking class with Chef Rob on November 15 @ 3pm.
Join Chef Rob as he cooks Crispy Turkey and Cranberry Hoisin Sauce over Scallion Pancakes, and Acorn Squash stuffed with Apples, Nuts & Cranberries. Gather your ingredients and get cooking! Ingredient & equipment list, and Zoom link, will be sent to registrants. Registration is required by 5pm on 11/13 by emailing southwicklibrary@comcast.net
Chef Rob has been a head chef at many restaurants in the Hamptons and a personal chef as well. The last 9 years he has been offering cooking classes in person for over 90 different libraries for children, teens and adults and now virtually.
