Learn about young chocolate entrepreneurs, the history of how chocolate is made and where it comes from, and fun chocolate trivia. Make your own chocolate creations to bring home using various techniques of dipping, decorating, and combing. Demonstration and use of a commercial tempering machine, toppings bar and more!
