About Appointed Members

CapCom is composed of seven appointed members as follows:

• One member of the Select Board
• The Chief Administrative Officer (permanent member)
• One member of the Southwick Tolland Regional School District Committee or its designee
• Two members of the Finance Committee
• One registered voter appointed by the Moderator
• One registered voter appointed by the Select Board

The members serve for a term of three years. Of the two registered voter members, one will represent the community business interests.
