Plumbing/Gas Fees are subject to change without notice.

PLUMBING AND GAS PERMITS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED TO A LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER OR JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER.  A copy of Insurance liability papers and a copy of the licensed plumbers license is required upon obtaining plumbing/gas permit in the Town of Southwick.

There will be a $100.00 fine assessed if work is started prior to obtaining necessary permits.
