The scheduled meeting of the Cemetery Commission was opened at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Roy Benson.
Routine Business –
• Payables were signed.
• The minutes were read for the meeting of August 12, 2008. Diane made A MOTION to accept the minutes seconded by Sharon (vote-unanimous).
Old Business –
• Bud will be submitting quotes for a new lawn mower.
• The Commission reviewed the letter that was sent to Mr. Paul Mason concerning the plot purchased by Philip Mason.
• The status of the cemetery management program was discussed. The input of information is running smoothly.
New Business –
• The next meeting will be October 7,2008.
No other business. The meeting was adjourned at 9:18 a.m.
