April 8, 2008

The scheduled meeting of the Cemetery Commission was opened at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Roy Benson.
Routine Business -
• Payables were signed.
• The minutes were read for the meeting of March 4, 2008. Diane made A MOTION to accept the minutes seconded by Sharon (vote-unanimous).
Old Business -
• A DLE student will not be available to input information into the cemetery management program. Sharon made A MOTION, seconded by Diane (vote-unanimous) to seek an increase of hours for the secretary, Victoria Hickey, to input the information that is needed to get the cemetery management program up to date.
• The commission filled out the emergency notification forms.
New Business -
• The cemetery has officially opened.
• The next meeting will be May 6, 2008.
No other business. The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
