Minutes for Joint Meeting of the Select Board and the Board of Library Trustees Attendance: Chair, Russell J. Fox Vice-Chairman, Doug Moglin Clerk, Joe Deedy Chief Administrative Officer, Karl J. Stinehart Administrative Assistant, Sondra Pendleton Chairman Library Board of Trustees, Michael McMahon Trustee, Tammy Ciak-Bissaillon Maria G. Gallo’s name was presented for consideration to fill the vacancy left on the Library Board of Trustees due to the resignation of Trustee Nancy Zdun. Maria Gallo was approved to finish Nancy’s term which expires in May 2017 unanimously. Michael McMahon said he would contact Maria and advise her that she has been appointed as a library trustee. | ||
