BOA Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Paul Grégoire, Chris Mastroianni and William Lis Absent: Thomas Stapleton and David Methe 7:00 PM Meeting opened and the Board reviewed the meeting minutes. Mr. Lis made a motion to accept the minutes, with changes, Mr. Mastroianni second. All were in favor. Mr. Grégoire read a letter from Mr. Bruce Mason, regarding the variance given to 51 Lakemont, outlining his concerns regarding the view from his property. The Board reviewed two new applications for 11 Woodside Circle and 197 Granville Road. These applications will be heard on April 11, 2016. 7:31 PM Mr. Lis made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Mr. Mastroianni second, all were in favor and the meeting was closed Respectfully Submitted, Paul Grégoire Chairman | ||
