Minutes Commissioner Clark made a motion to approve minutes from 2.3.16 & 3.2.16.  Commissioner Bober seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously.
 
Communications Commissioner Solek’s name was added to the website. Animal Control Officer Root & Police Chief Ricardi attended the meeting to address habitual issues with loose livestock. The Selectmen suggested the ACO, PD, & Agricultural Commission work together in order to assist those in town to keep all animals safely fenced. This was universally agreed upon. Audience members Tortoriello & Cowhey expressed their commitment as livestock owners to continue to enclose their animals in the most secure way possible.
 
Tractor Rally Door prizes to be amassed for the tool quiz & raffle. Event notifications to be sent to local media sources.
 
Community Garden Planning Well estimate came in at $1500. Fencing options to be explored and priced. Both projects potentially be funded by the Land Management Committee. A motion was made to advertise the opening of the Community Garden on 5.28.16, Memorial Day weekend. Commissioner Clark made a motion to approve. Comissioner Linnekin seconded the motion.
 
8:00 Motion to Adjourn Commissioner Linnekin made a motion to adjourn.  Commissioner Solek seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.
