7:03 Meeting Opened Minutes Commissioner Linnekin made a motion to approve minutes from 2.3.16. Commissioner Choiniere seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. MAAC Annual meeting was attended by Commissioner Linnekin. Documents and information provided at the meeting were reviewed with the rest of the commission. Communications Two Community Garden registrations were received. Commission is waiting on 15 applicants before moving forward with payment and allotting spots. Tractor Rally Commissioner Linnekin to check in on scheduling a traffic cop. Commissioner Choiniere to follow up with necessary health paperwork. Community Garden Planning Planning to continue to go forward. Water source to be addressed by weighing a well point vs well. Commissioner Clark made a motion to allow non residents to apply for a plot. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Linnekin. Motion passed unanimously. 8:25 Motion to Adjourn Commissioner Linnekin made a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Clark seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
