New Business

2:06pm Discussion to pick new chairman. A MOTION was made to postpone a new chairman by Shirley Morris, seconded by Jack Sinico.

2:08 pm A MOTION was made by Ms. Morris, seconded by Mr. Sinico to go into Executive Session according to MGL Chap. 39, Subsection 23B, Para. 2. Roll Call Vote was as follows: Ms. Morris-Yes, Mr. Sinico-Yes, Ms. Hill-Yes.

2:42 Discussion on past elections related to Chapter 299 of the Acts of 2006.

Discussion to have meeting two weeks prior to elections.

2:57 A MOTION to end the meeting by Shirley Morris. Seconded by Jack Sinico.
