The regularly scheduled June 10, 2008, meeting was opened at 6:30PM by Chairman, Kelly Magni.
Bills were signed and previous meeting minutes accepted.
Discussed Tech Plumbing’s invoices and their cost. Nick will look into these charges.
Final interviews were held and 6 people were hired for the 2008 season at the beach.
Kelly delivered the Atlas fireworks paperwork to the Fire Department.
Kelly reported that CPC will fund the survey for Prifti Park.
Kelly also reported that the Powder Mill school lemonade stand realized $400 and they would like to donate that toward a bench(s) for Rails to Trails. There was further discussion regarding other benches being donated for Rails to Trails in memory and/or in remembrance of a loved one. P&R will discuss this further.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm.
