The regularly scheduled March 20, 2008, meeting was opened at 6:30PM by Chairman, Kelly Magni.
Bills were signed and previous meeting minutes accepted.
The children’s Easter party was attended by approximately 75 children and their parents.
The town beach was discussed. It was decided to have 4 lifeguards this year and 2 beach supervisors/directors. The Commissioners will inspect the beach in the next few weeks. Rules and regulations were discussed – there will be no employee cell phones at the beach, all employees will have Town of Southwick badges for identification along with t-shirs. All employees will be required to punch in and out at the time clock. Hours will be 10:30am to 6pm. Interviews for new employees for the summer 2008 season will be held in April/May time period.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm.
