The regularly scheduled March 4, 2008, meeting was opened at 6:30PM by Chairman, Kelly Magni.
Bills were signed.
The children’s Easter party will be held on March 8th. Judy will see to getting custodians for this event. Commissioners will arrive early to do the decorating.
There has been a lot of speculation regarding giving up areas of Prifti Park to the DPW for new garages. The Commissioners of the Park & Recreation Dept. are against this. Judy has been tasked to find the correct Massachusetts department that will facilitate in designating Prifti Park as a place of recreation. It was recommended by the Commissioners that this request be put on the agenda for the annual town meeting in May.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm.
