7:00 PM The Meeting was called to Order by John Stadnicki, Chairman with 6 members present.
1. Copies of the MA DCR Grant revised proposal were reviewed. Changes were made to the plan to reflect enlarged wet areas.
2. 155 MV 4" tree removal for NRCS Field #4 - Names of contractors to be contacted were discussed.
3 Kiosk Plexiglass - Project is ready to move forward as soon as a carpenter to do the work is located.
4.155 MV Forest Management - Not enough information available to develop a budget.
5. Goose Pond Turtle Restoration field project - Discussions regarding access places and dates followed. Purchase orders for plants, grass seed and trees are to be obtained and orders placed.
6. Annual Town Report - Copies of the Annual Report were distributed.
7. Land Maintenance Line item - Committee members reviewed the account. Discussion was held regarding what the next priority should be.
8. Open Space Planning & Recreation Survey - About 230 replies have been received to date. The press is to be contacted regarding another article to remind folks how to participate.
