7:00 PM: Meeting opened to conduct general business and review mail.
7:15 PM: Discussed proposed new parking by-laws, as drafted by Mr. Phelps, prior to the Planning Board meeting on Tuesday, February 15I.
7:48 PM: Motion made by Tom Stapleton to adjourn meeting, Paul Grégoire second, all were in favor and meeting was adjourned.
