Local Permitting Program Process
For Boats
1. Complete Southwick Conservation Commission Form for 2010 Boat Stickers.
2. Write Check to Town of Southwick for amount listed on 2010 Boat Sticker sheet
3. Return completed forms with check to Conservation Office or deposit in a sealed envelope labeled Conservation in the Green Drop Box in driveway entrance to Town Hall.
For residential docks, swim floats, buoys, moorings, and boats at residential docks
1. Complete Local Permitting Program Receipt
Note: “Received by” will be signed by administrator when check is deposited into LPP revolving account.
2. Write check to Town of Southwick for total amount listed on LPP Receipt sheet.
3. Complete Southwick Conservation Commission Application pages 1 & 2
Note: Conservation Commission will fill out their portion during processing
4. Draw sketch of dock on Layout Sheet noting distance to property lines
5. Return completed forms and check to Conservation Office or deposit in a sealed envelope labeled Conservation in the Drop Box outside of Town Hall.
