BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONER'S MEETING
MARCH 20, 2008
A. CALL TO ORDER:
The Board of Water Commissioners Meeting came to order at 7:00 P.M. with the following members present. Mr. Luther F. Hosmer, Chairman. Mr. Peter Jakobowski is absent. Mr. Edward Johnson, Mr. Jeff Neece, DPW Director, Peter Jakobowski, D.P.W. Supervisor is absent and Mrs. Gail E. Cigal Secretary to the Board was present.
B. REPORT OF PREVIOUS MEETING(S):
Mr. Johnson made the motion to accept the previous minutes of March 6, 2008; Mr. Hosmer seconded the motion, vote unanimous.
C. SIGNING OF WARRANTS, COMMITMENTS, ETC.:
1. The Board of Water Commissioners signed the March 2008 commitment in the amount of $1,325.20
2. The board signed the bill from Test America in the amount of $125.00 along with the bill from EJ Prescott, Inc. in the amount of $1,822.40.
D. REVIEW OF ABATEMENTS:
No abatements
E. APPOINTMENTS:
No appointments.
F. D.P.W. DIRECTOR'S REPORT:
1. THE ADMINISTRATIVE COST SHARING FOR THE WATER DIVISION:
The board went over the administrative cost sharing with the DPW Director and the board agreed that all the costs are way out of line. Mr. Neece stated that he would take the list of questions to the Board of Selectmen and find out some answers.
2. NOBLE STEED SUB-DIVISON REQUIREMENTS:
Mr. Neece stated that the agreement between the Water Division and T.J. Welch will be ready for the commissioners to sign by the board's next meeting April 3, 2008
3. THE NEW WELL HOUSE:
Mr. Neece stated that the paper work to award the bid for the #2 Well House to Delray Contracting, Inc. will be ready by the board's next meeting April 3, 2008.

There being no further business brought before the board, Mr. Johnson made the motion to adjourn at 7:58 P.M. Mr. Hosmer seconded the motion, vote unanimous.
