1. Chris made a motion to accept the minutes from the 6/12/08 meeting. Norm seconded the motion all were in favor to accept the minutes as written.
2. S-319 update – The final report was issued by PVPC to DEP. Dick received a copy this evening and will make copies to be distributed at our next meeting.
3. Sewer expansion – Southwick is moving along on the Phase II interceptor design and preliminary design for the areas to be sewered.
4. Ramp Reconstruction – Dick sent the design back with comments. We should have the completed design work for our next meeting.
5. Lake Safety/Noise issues – We all need to think about what by-laws we want to address. We will come back and look at this more after we do the boat and dock census. Everyone should come prepared with their thoughts about these issues.
6. July 5th CRC Boat Parade – The Parade will pull away from Saunders at 6:00 P.M.
7. Buoys – The mooring for the center buoy by the sandbar is still missing. Rick needs to be contacted. Last night kids were ramming their boat into the buoys repeatedly.
8. 2008 Boat Census – Scotty will be taking care of this for us.
9. Next season we will be requesting all tournaments pay as a group. This will alleviate any possible problems there may have been in dealing with a lot of single dollar bills in a hurry.
10. Scott Richter donated two beautiful planters with flowers to the North Ramp. Dick sent a thank-you letter from the LMC to Scott.
11. It was brought up that The Cove docks are half in and half out of the water. Chris also mentioned there were other docks and rafts around the lakes that seemed to have no owner. Dick said his plate was full but that all Chris or anyone had to do was: 1) take a picture of the offending object 2) state the location 3) send it to our Harbormaster/Chief of Police.

13. Our next meeting will be held on July 10, 2008.
