1.      Tom made a motion to accept the minutes from the 1/10/08 meeting.  Scotty seconded the motion all were in favor to accept the minutes as written.
2.      S-319 - Nothing new to report on existing 319 grant.  Town is going to seek a new S-319 grant to address the following new issues: Outfalls and associated erosion issues at the ends of Castle Street, Eagle Street, Lakemont Avenue, North Lake Avenue/Summer Drive and at 9 Berkshire Avenue and 136 Berkshire Avenue.
3.      The latest draft Local Permitting Process was sent out to Karl and the DEP to get their approval.  The DEP essentially okayed the 600 sq.ft. condition.  The whole plan should go out to a town informational meeting hopefully within a month.
4.      The annual Ice-Out Tournament will not be held this year.  This early date is now open if anyone knows of any individual or club interested in holding a tournament.
5.      Anyone interested in volunteering to help with the Penguin Plunge parking needs to meet at the Visitor's Center between 8:00-9:00am to help set up cones in the parking lot on January 26.
6.      We need to think of ideas on how to make the $6.00 launch fee increase more manageable.  Some ideas are pre-purchased punch card or tear off tickets.  We will all try to come up some ideas for next meeting.
7.      Bill Murty believes there is a quad in the water out in the sand bar.  He thinks it is in about 3 feet of water.
8.      Tom made a motion to adjourn.  Scotty seconded.  All in favor.
9.      The next regular meeting will be held on February 7, 2008.
10.     The meeting was adjourned at 8:00PM.

Respectfully submitted,
