The Finance Committee reviewed
the memo sent from Chief Administrative Officer,
A MOTION was made by J. Papai, seconded by R. Buley (Vote-Unanimous) to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $3,273.75 for the Library Utilities line item.
A MOTION was made by J. Papai, seconded by R. Buley (Vote-Unanimous) to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $15,000.00 for the Gas and Oil line item for Town Complex.
A MOTION was made by J. Papai, seconded by R. Buley (Vote-Unanimous) to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $4,000.00 for the Street Lighting line item.
Tsatsos has requested to invite Chairperson, J. Whalley of the Community
Preservation Committee and Chairperson, B. MacEwan from the Historical
Commission to discuss replacement of the front windows at
A MOTION was made by D. Kononitz, seconded by L. Bathel (Vote – Unanimous) to recommend an appropriation of $50,000.00 within the 7.2% assessment and an additional $50,000.00 appropriation was also supported for a total of $100,000.00 to the FY07 Regional School District Budget. This will be a stand alone warrant article to be submitted to Town Meeting. The Board of Selectmen are hoping these efforts will assist in addressing the high school accreditations and other needed initiatives.
