FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES
March 9, 2006

The scheduled meeting of the Finance Committee was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Chairman, P. Tsatsos.

 

The next scheduled Finance Committee meeting will be March 23, 2006.

 

A MOTION was made by D. Kononitz, seconded by R. Buley (Vote: 4: Yes 1: Abstain) to accept the minutes of February 7, 2006.

 

A MOTION was made by D. Kononitz, seconded by R. Buley (Vote: 4: Yes 1: Abstain) to reaffirm a phone vote for a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $13,000.00 for Highway Road Machinery for maintenance and repairs.

 

A MOTION was made by R. Horacek, seconded by R. Buley (Vote – Unanimous) for a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $1,000.00 for Animal Control after hours pickup line item.

 

Being that there was no further business to be brought before the Committee, A MOTION was

made by R. Horacek, seconded by R. Buley (Vote-Unanimous) to adjourn at 7:30 p.m.
