1. Final Notice of delinquent taxes will be certified mail.
2. Prior to and until the final notice of delinquent taxes, taxpayers will have the opportunity to enter into a payment plan provided they have not failed any previous payment plan agreements with the town. All payment plans will be in writing signed both by the Collector and the taxpayer.
3. Door Knocker will then be placed on the property causing a penalty fee. The water/sewer bill will need to be paid in full at this time in order to avoid shut off.
