BOARD OF HEALTH
OPENING: The regular scheduled meeting of the Board of
Health opened at

FitzGerald, Health Agent was also in attendance.
The Board members reviewed
and corrected the minutes of

Mr. FitzGerald conducted a food service inspection at ABC
Gourmet Pizza and Pasteccori Market, in the

Mr. Fitzgerald
has noted progress in clearing the debris from the property at

Mr. FitzGerald was requested to rectify the overgrown grass issue
at Car Finders. Mr. FitzGerald
stated that there currently are no regulations relative to grass mowing.

Mr. FitzGerald reported the water test at the Town beach was 5
for fecal coliform.

Mr. FitzGerald attended TRC training at Mass Emergency Management
Agency with Charles Dunlap.
6.
Mr. FitzGerald attended a Hampden County Health Coalition
meeting.

Mr. FitzGerald stated that the Board of Health does not have
the authority to secure emergency funding for the residents of 15 Shirley
Terrace. Mr. Stinehart did send an email
to Pioneer Valley Planning Commission requesting copies of their records, as
the property owners alleged that they did contract for plumbing repairs in
2005. In the event a further
investigation does warrant an emergency situation, Mr. FitzGerald
will contact the Board members to advise them of the situation.

The Board
members reviewed the proposed Floor Drain By-law to be submitted to the DEP.
As there was no further
business to be brought before the Board, the meeting adjourned at
